Shipping & delivery
How long will my order take?
Every set is made to order by hand in our Hong Kong studio. Most orders are ready to ship within a few working days.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout, before you pay.
I ordered more than one set. How will they arrive?
Each set is packed in its own bag, and all your sets ship together in one box — handy if some of them are gifts.
Returns & problems
What if my magnets arrive damaged or misprinted?
Email us with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll put it right.
Can I return a set if I change my mind?
Because every set is made to order with your own photos, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Email us as soon as possible. Once your magnets have been printed, we can’t make changes.
Your photos & privacy
What do you do with my photos?
We use them only to print your magnets. They’re never sold, and never posted anywhere without your permission.
Can I ask you to delete my photos?
Yes. Email us at any time and we’ll delete them.
Who handles my details?
Orders and payments are processed securely by Shopify, and your photos are stored with our image provider. We don’t share them with anyone else.
